Working with a Health Coach
Do you want to lose weight? Have more energy? Sleep better? Are you confused by all of the conflicting nutrition information out there? Maybe you just need someone to hold you accountable?
All of these are great reasons to speak with a Health Coach! In your session, we will discuss your health goals, your current diet, lifestyle, and where your food is coming from (homemade vs takeout/delivery). From here we put together an action plan that will help you reach your health and wellness goals. Health Coaches do not diagnose. The role of the Health Coach is to make recommendations to improve overall wellness based on the current actions and behaviors of the client.
